This prospective study of 53 patients evaluated a comprehensive arthroscopic technique for anterior-inferior glenohumeral instability. Unlike prior techniques that repaired only the Bankart lesion, this approach addressed all contributing lesions at the time of surgery. The study asks whether treating the full spectrum of pathology can match the outcomes of open repair.
